Gas Line Inspection

Visible gas lines are inspected for detection of gas leaks as low as 2 ppm (parts per million) for you and your famlies safety.

Electrical Inspection

Electrical panels and sub panels are inspected for propert wireing, grounding, proper breaker size and any visible electrical defects.

Roofing Inspection

Roofing material is inspected for damaged material that could allow the penetration of water into your residence. Roofing penetrations are also inspected for proper instulation and approporate sealing materials to diver water.

Heating and Air Conditioning Inspections

Heating and Air Conditioning units are inspected for proper function and any evidence of safety issues that could be hazardous to you and your family.

Reporting

All reports are computer generated and delivered the next day to you or your realtor so you are not delayed in your purchasing process.

REPORTING:

All inspection reports are preformed within the "standards of practice" mandated by T.R.E.C.  Written reports are computer generated and delivered the next business day so your purchasing transaction is not delayed.  Reports will be delivered to the Client or the Realtor® depending on the Clients request.  Reports are also delivered via e-mail so you can receive you inspection report the same day!!!!!

2.  PAYMENT AT CLOSING (Our office will take care of all payment arrangements with Title Company so their is no extra responsibility for your realtor.)
  
INSPECTION FEES:

Residential property up to 2,500 sq ft = $200
2,501 - 3,000 sq ft = $250
3,001 - 3,500 sq ft = $300
3,501 - 4,000 sq ft = $350
4,001 sq ft and up = $400
Commercial Inspection fees vary,  Please call for pricing
$25 off inspection fee if you pay at time of the Inspection!
